I hope you love your jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read the policy below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition and with all tags still attached. Engraved items cannot be returned. 

• Shipping costs are not included in returns unless the item is damaged. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds

• Once your item has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Each piece is handmade to order. Standard lead time is 2 weeks, plus shipping. If you need it sooner, please get in touch.
